All available dried, year round.

When used in cooking or recipe dishes, use the ground versions.

Atlantic Wakame - for soups salads and seasoning, similar to spinach.

Sea Spagetti - for a veggie pasta or stir fry, easily absorbs other flavours

Dulse - used as a strong seasoning, delivers an Umami flavour for sauces and butters.  Also great fried in oil as an alternative to bacon.

Kelp and sugar kelp - flavour enhancers and salt alternatives, rich in iodine.

Wracks, bladder, toothed, spiral, channel and egg varieties - used in breads and biscuit baking, stews and also smoothies
